Gwendolyn Croskey's Obituary
Gwendolyn "Wendy" Croskey (nee Pelfrey), 38 of North Ridgeville died Thursday September 25, 2008 at Lutheran Hospital, Cleveland following a short illness.
Mrs. Croskey was a lifelong resident of Lorain County, and a 1989 graduate of North Ridgeville High School for which she ran on the track team. She had been employed at True Green Chemlawn, Elyria for several years. She enjoyed camping with her family.
Survivors include her husband of fifteen years, Michael; two daughters, Brittany R. ( Fianc?, Tim Allen) of North Ridgeville and Nichole M. Croskey of Elyria; parents, Janice and Buddy Pelfrey, of Crossville, TN; four brothers, Gary Pelfrey, of North Ridgeville, and Bo, Jeff and Phillip Pelfrey all of Elyria; six sisters, Kathy Ward, and Kim Ellison, of New London, Michelle Allen, of North Ridgeville, Lisa Pelfrey and Velma Neal, of Crossville, TN and Heather Hall of North Ridgeville, grandmother, Margaret McCauley, of Crossville, TN and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Sherman and Mildred Pelfrey and James Calvin.
Family will receive friends Monday from 3:00PM until the time of service at 6:00PM at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd., North Ridgeville. Pastor David Neal will officiate. Burial to take place in Haley's Grove Cemetery, Crab Orchard, TN.
