Gwendoline "Gwen" Taylor's Obituary
Gwendoline “Gwen” E. Taylor (nee Clarke), age 89, of Olmsted Twp., passed away on Thursday, November 30, 2017 at Ames Family Hospice House in Westlake.
She was born in England and had been a resident of Olmsted Twp. for the past year, moving from North Ridgeville where she lived for 12 years. She previously lived in Ashtabula and Elyria.
She was a former member of Fields United Methodist Church and the Singleton’s Club.
Gwen enjoyed reading and was active in the book club and playing Bridge with her friends at Ridgefield.
Survivors include her grandchildren, Tony (Tracy) Orseno, Chris (Barb) Orseno and Samantha Lindner all North Ridgeville; great-grandchildren, Payton, Andrew, Chad, Garrett, Allyson, Zachary, Troy; great-great-granddaughter, Alana; daughter-in-law, Carol Taylor of Virginia.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ron in 2008; daughter, Sally Orseno; son, David Taylor; son-in-law, James Orseno; parents, Lancelot and Edna (nee Shelton) Clarke.
Friends may call Sunday from 12 Noon until the time of Memorial Service at 1PM at the Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd., North Ridgeville. Rev. Dr. Tom Joyce will officiate.
