Gregory "Greg" Lee Hudnall's Obituary
Gregory “Greg” Lee Hudnall, age 67, of Elyria, passed away suddenly on Thursday, February 23, 2023 at his home. He was born on March 10, 1955 in Charleston, West Virginia and has been a lifelong resident of Elyria. Greg was a proud United States Marine Corps Veteran and went on to work as a quality technician for Medina Blanking, retiring in 2006. He loved genealogy, was a firearms enthusiast and enjoyed riding his motorcycle. The warmer months would find Greg tending to his lawn or sitting out enjoying the weather. His greatest joy in life was spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife Adele (nee Sebastian); daughters Megan Newson of Oberlin and Bethany (Paul) Mills of Olmsted Falls; grandchildren Emma Mobert, Tessa and Gregory Newson and Daphne and Waylon Mills; great granddaughter Thea Mobert; brothers Larry (Jacki) Hudnall and Steven (Diane) Hudnall; sister Terry Norris; many nieces and nephews.
Greg was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Leo (nee Bailes) Hudnall.
Funeral Service Wednesday, March 1 at 11:00 a.m. in the Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd., N. Ridgeville, where family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Rev. Steve Valles will officiate. Livestream video will be aired on the Bogner Family Funeral Home Facebook page at 11:00 a.m. Interment with full military honors will be in Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Rittman. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in Greg’s name to Marine Toys for Tots at https://www.toysfortots.org/donate/forms/simple/Default.aspx
