I remember sharing good times at St. Joseph Academy with Grace.
May she rest in Gods loving embrace.

We were so sorry that Grace passed so suddenly. She was our good friend and neighbor. She was fun, kind, and always smiling. She loved to cook and was always willing to share recipes and her garden herbs.
We had many morning coffees and happy hours on her deck.
My favorite activity with Grace was our yearly July trip to Martin's Blueberry Farm to pick blueberries.
We will miss her very much.

Grace was one of the kindest and most thoughtful friends to have blessed our lives. My Scottish mother-in-law loved these biscuits called Aberdeen Rowies which were only made in Scotland. Grace researched and found the recipe, converted the measurements from UK to US and then made repeated tries until she got it just right. Once she had it perfected only then did she send a few dozen to my mother-in-law in Michigan. We also fondly remember numerous occasions visiting with Grace and Donna, enjoying gourmet meals, sitting in the kitchen drinking wine and eating cheese, and having rousing conversations about politics. We were truly blessed by having Grace's friendship for more than 38 years and only wish it could have been longer. Rest In Peace, dear friend.
We are adding some photos we thought her friends and family might enjoy.
I am beyond shocked and so sorry for your loss. I will remember Grace’s laughter, quick wit and enormous capacity for love and caring. She and Donna were my teachers as a new manager and became lifelong friends and role models who lived life to its fullest!
We have such fond memories of our time with Grace & Donna. Grace was a strong, intelligent, caring woman. We had wonderful Christmas gatherings with her at Pioneer Ridge with her gourmet spread of food and our version of Feliz Navidad with her playing the guitar & the rest of us playing kazoos. We will miss seeing her but know she is at peace now that she has joined Donna.

Dear Metro Family, it has taken us some time to come to terms with Grace's death. We both worked with Grace (& Donna) at IRS and have been friends for over 35 years. So many memories in those years: lunches at King Wah; breakfasts at IHOP; Win/Lose/Draw Sunday afternoons; sharing work stories; building the gazebo at the house in Avon; the fresh spaghetti sauce (the best); and her wicked senses of humor and sarcasm! After begging, Grace was kind enough to share her almond butter cookie recipe, but mine weren't quite as good. I (Donna) was lucky enough to have vacationed with both Grace & Donna several times, in Florida and the Dominican Republic. Last March, we spent five days with Grace at Myrtle Beach....what a gracious host! We had a great time and will cherish those memories with her.
In our hearts, Grace will be remembered as funny, sarcastic, kind, passionate, honest, and caring; but, most of all, as a dear, dear friend whom we will miss more than we can express.
Our sincerest condolences to your family.
