Grace Malone's Obituary
Grace M. Malone (nee Costanzo), 83 of North Ridegville died Friday, February 2, 2007 at New Life Hospice Center of St. Joseph, Lorain following a one year illness.
She was born April 18, 1923 in Cleveland and had been a resident of North Ridgeville for the past sixty-five years.
Mrs. Malone was a member of the North Ridgeville Senior Center where she was the Sunshine Chairperson and also played the kazoo in the Senior Kitchen Band. She was a former member of St. Peter Church. She enjoyed traveling, bowling, and crocheting.
Surviving are two daughters, Barbara Coughlin of Elyria,and Sandy Kershaw (Richard) of Elyria; son, Michael Malone of Elyria; three grandsons; five great-grandchildren; Sister, Phyllis Rodwan of North Olmsted; and three brothers, Frank Costanzo of North Olmsted, Pat Costanzo of Cleveland ,and Dominic Costanzo of Cincinnati.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Mike Malone, in 1977; grandson, Timothy Kershaw in 2005; and her parents, Nancy and Marco Costanzo.
Friends will be received on Sunday from 5-8PM at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd., North Ridgeville where a prayer service will be held at 9:30AM Monday. A 10:00AM Mass will be held at St. Julie Billiart Catholic Church, 5500 Lear Nagle Rd., with Rev. Dr. Richard A. Gonser officiating. Interment will follow in St. Peter's Cemetery, North Ridgeville.
