Gloria Lewis' Obituary
Gloria May Lewis (nee Summers), age 83, of Elyria, passed away Sunday, June 12, 2011 at Wesleyan Village, Elyria.
She was born in Cleveland and had lived in Elyria since 1963.
Gloria was a clerical worker for the State of Ohio for over 23 years, retiring in 1996.
She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and reading.
Survivors include her daughter, Carol Walton of Elyria; sons, Robert and Wayne Lewis both of Cleveland; 10 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by sisters, Jeanne Schultzberger, Nancy Oblander; brothers, Glenn Tyte, Walter Summers; parents, Walter and Mamie (nee Luzius) Summers; son-in-law, James Walton.
Friends may call Thursday from 6 PM until the time of services at 8:30 PM at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville. Chaplin Beth McKee will officiate.
