Mr. Gene S. Croy's Obituary
Gene S. Croy, age 77, of North Ridgeville, passed away on Thursday, May 5, 2016 at Westbay Care and Rehabilitation Center.
He was born in Flat Top, West Virginia and had been a resident of North Ridgeville since 1969. Gene enjoyed fishing, hunting and bowling. He was a paint blender for PPG in Cleveland for 16 years prior to retiring in 1981.
Survivors include his wife Mary (nee Kleis) of North Ridgeville; sons, John Allen of Cleveland and Gene Stewart, Jr. of Elyria ; daughter, Rebecca Ann of North Ridgeville; and brother Phillip S., Jr. of Florida. He was preceded in death by his parents, Phillip S., Sr. and Ada Marie Croy; brother, David W.
Family will receive friends in the Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd., N. Ridgeville, on Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. and on Wednesday 10:30 AM-11:30AM at Faith Baptist Temple, 34361 Lorain Road., North Ridgeville where services will be held at 11:30 AM . Interment will be in Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Rittman, OH.
