Gayle D. Schoerverth's Obituary
Gayle D. Schoerverth, age 78, of North Ridgeville passed away Friday, February 28, 2025, at UH Main Campus in Cleveland. She was born in Cleveland and had been a resident of North Ridgeville since 1954. She was a Manager of Import/Export Compliance for Ridge Tool in Elyria for over 40 years. She was a Charter and Board member of Shepherd of the Ridge Church where she was a Certified Church Worker. Gayle enjoyed photography, cross stitching and volunteering with Mercy New Life Hospice. She is survived by her twin nephews Richard (Wendy) Schoerverth of FL, Robert Schoerverth of FL, Thomas (Matilda) Schoerverth of Elyria; nieces Bonnie (Mike) Cowling of Wellington, Dawn (Jim) Ergh of Brunswick; goddaughter Yholisa (Julian) Norton of Westlake, and her sister Trixie Norton of Westlake; several great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Frederick and Evelyn D. Schoerverth; brothers Richard Sr. and Brian Schoerverth; sister-in-law Karen Schoerverth. Visitation Wednesday from 4-7 pm at Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd, North Ridgeville. Funeral service Thursday at 10 am at Shepherd of the Ridge Church, 34555 Center Ridge Rd.
