Gary Ward's Obituary
Gary G. Ward, age 65, of North Ridgeville, passed away Thursday, June 17, 2011, at EMH Regional Medical Center.
Gary was born on March 24, 1946 in Caryville Tennessee. He drove truck for Jonick Trucking for over 20 years retiring in 2008.
Gary enjoyed fishing and working with his hands, usually tinkering at mechanical repairs.
Survivors include his daughters, Barbara Cox of Ravenna, Peggy (Dave) Hower of Elyria, Mercedes Burgess of North Ridgeville, Julia (Pat) Suter of Andover; grandchildren, April, Jason, Kim, Yvonne, Brandon, Alex, Kimmie, Kristian, Keith, Kalvin; great-grandchildren, Tyler, Austin, Chris, John, Jenna, Evan, Kyle, Kaylynn, Tory, Alex, Cheyenne, Morgan; great-great granddaughter, Karlie and his sister, Sue (James) Hicks of Clinton, TN.
He was preceded in death, and together again with his wife, Mildred; son, Charles Koverman; granddaughter, Vanessa VanGieson; grandson, Brian Burgess and his parents, Edd Ward and Mary Golden.
Friends will be received at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville, Tuesday, June 21, 2011 from 7:30 PM until time of service in the funeral home at 8:30 PM. The Reverend Bobby Blackburn will officiate.
