Gary Lee Pauley's Obituary
Gary Lee Pauley, 84, of North Ridgeville, passed away Friday, October 17, 2025, at the Avenue at North Ridgeville Care and Rehabilitation Center. Gary was born on March 12, 1941, to Ray and Irene Pauley in Boone County, West Virginia. After graduating high school, Gary worked as a truck driver at General Industries and E and L Transport for many years, he then went on to drive buses for Barron’s until retiring in 2018. He had a great love of hunting and fishing in his spare time.
Gary is survived by his wife, Cheryl Ann (nee Boutwell), children David Pauley of Sheffield Lake, Tammy (Eddie) Brandon of Garfield Heights and Brian (Christine) Pauley of Olmsted Falls, and multiple grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father Ray Pauley, mother Irene Pauley (nee Eslwick), son Steven Craig Pauley, and granddaughter Michelle Pauley. His memory will forever remain a guiding light to those who were fortunate enough to know him.
The family will receive friends Friday, October 24, 2025, from 12:00 pm until time of service at 1:00 pm at Bogner Family Funeral Home 36625 Center Ridge Road North Ridgeville. Reverend Chuck Behrens will officiate.
Burial will follow in Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon
