Gail A. Baldwin's Obituary
Gail A. Baldwin (nee Tochinsky) age 77 of North Ridgeville went home to be with the Lord, Saturday January 25, 2020 at the Northridge Health Center, North Ridgeville under the compassionate care of Hospice of the Western Reserve.
She was born in Cleveland and had resided in North Ridgeville the past 50 years after moving from Lakewood.
Mrs. Baldwin was an active member of Shepherd of the Ridge Lutheran Church, North Ridgeville where she served as the secretary and managed many ministries including the pre-school for over 25 years. She had served as the director of the Alter Guild, President of the Ladies Guild, active with the Lutheran Women’s Missionary League and Lutheran’s Children Aid. She also served on the Church Council, Church Board of Education, Financial Secretary of the Pre-School Program, and served as the wedding and funeral coordinator. She also volunteered at North Ridgeville Community Care and was a Girl Scout Leader for several years.
She enjoyed reading, especially with her granddaughter, sewing and camping with her family.
Survivors include her husband, Donald, son, Richard Baldwin of West Monroe, Louisiana, daughter Christine (Matthew) Miles of Avon, grandchildren, Derek, Caitlin, Reilly and Kamryn, sister, Carol (Ron) Johnson of North Ridgeville.
She was preceded in death by father, Paul F. Tochinsky, mother, Hazel M. (nee Stolte) Tochinsky.
Private graveside services will be held at Lutheran Cemetery, Cleveland.
