Frances L. Worz's Obituary
Frances L. Worz (nee Trostle), age 87, of North Ridgeville, passed away on Sunday, December 24, 2023 at her home.
She was born on April 5, 1936 in Webb City, Oklahoma and has been a resident of North Ridgeville for the past 50 years. She was very involved in the Boy Scouts, with she and her husband Kenneth acting as the Firelands Area Council Members for many years. The summer months would find Frances out in her yard tending to her flower garden. She also enjoyed camping, working on crossword puzzles and was an avid reader.
She is survived by her son Nick (Kim) Worz; sisters Helen (Perry) New and Pauline Kenton; many nieces and nephews.
Frances was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth; parents Emmitt and Corene (nee Collins) Trostle; brothers Bill, Doug, and Don Trostle; sister Anna Hoover.
Funeral Service Friday, December 29, at 7:00 p.m. in the Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd., N. Ridgeville, where the family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. until time of service. Rev. Chuck Behrens will officiate.
