Frances Bertha's Obituary
Frances A. Bertha (nee Zupan), age 93 of North Ridgeville passed away Tuesday, July 14, 2009 in Good Samaritan Nursing Home, Avon following a short illness.
She was born April 7, 1916 in Round Up, Montana, daughter of the late John and Agnes Zupan.
Mrs. Bertha had resided in North Ridgeville the past 36 years having moved from Santa Barbara, CA. She had previously lived in Parma.
Her hobbies included flower gardening and cooking.
Surviving are her daughter, Pat Hoffman of North Ridgeville; son, William Bertha of Goleta, CA; grandchildren Susan Woods, Diane Neumeister, Janice McNamara, Billy and Robert Bertha, great-grandchildren Dustin Woods, Alexis and Kaylee Neumeister.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Bertha; son in law Dave Hoffman, granddaughter, Karen Hoffman; brother, John Zupan; sisters, Agnes Dudek and Rose Hess.
Private services will be held at St. Peter Cemetery, North Ridgeville.
