Evelyn E. Hintz's Obituary
Evelyn E. Hintz (nee Scott), age 90, of North Ridgeville, passed away peacefully at O’Neill Healthcare
Center in North Ridgeville. She was born in Cardington, OH and lived in North Ridgeville for many years,
formerly of Elyria. She worked and retired as a Hardware Department Manager for Sears, Midway Mall
for 30 years. Evelyn enjoyed baking, crafting, jigsaw puzzles, but mostly spending time with her family.
She was a member of the North Ridgeville Senior Center. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law
Debra and Dennis Krolczyk of Sheffield Village; grandson Nickolaus, great niece Victoria, brother-in-law
David Murray of MN., and numerous nieces and nephews whom many considered her their second
mother. She is preceded in death by her husband Herbert J. Hintz; parents James G. and Pearl Scott;
sisters Gladys Werner, Mary Ellen Bean, Betty Justen, Nancy Murray; brother James G. Scott Jr. Family
will receive friends Saturday, August 26 from 10 am until the time of service at 11 am at Bogner Family
Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd, North Ridgeville. Pastor Alan Jenkins will officiate. Burial will be private.
