Eugene Kuebler's Obituary
Eugene K Kuebler, age 87, of Elyria, passed away, Tuesday, October 17, 2006 at Center Ridge Health Campus, North Ridgeville, following a long illness.
Born in Erie, Pennsylvania, he had lived in Elyria for the past 5 years moving from Cleveland where he spent most of his life.
Mr. Kuebler served in the Army during WWII.
He worked for Schmidt's Brewery in Cleveland for 46 years.
He enjoyed working on cars, motorcycles and was an avid NASCAR fan.
Survivors include his son, Dean of Cleveland; companion, Betty McCort of Grafton and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jean Kuebler in 1993; daughter, Cindy Lee Kuebler in 1949; parents, Fred and Essie Kuebler and brother Edgar Shelly.
Friends may call Thursday from 6-9PM at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11:00AM in the funeral home. Rev. Bill Shomo will officiate.
Private burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park, North Olmsted. In Lue of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association, Ohio Valley Affiliate, PO Box 163549, Columbus, Ohio 43216-3549.
