Rita, I am so sorry to hear about your loss. Mary Jo Csonka Cherney
Rita, just thought of you recently while in the BU building at LCCC. I had no idea that I would be expressing condolences. I am so sorry for you and your family's loss. Sincerely, Harrilyn Arnold
Rita and Family, Our sincere sympathy to you. Erv will be remembered for his love and compassion. My daughter Amy, always called you two her "Ohio parents". Erv is with his Lord and at peace. You are all in our thoughts and prayers. Pat Kaczmarek and Family

Erv wasn't a good man, he was among the very best. Father, husband, friend, neighbor. He always left me something to think about after each time we talked, and I now feel the loss of that wisdom. I hope he knows how much I respected and looked up to him, and I will spend the rest of my days trying to live up to the man he was. He was a role model of the highest standard. I'm a better man for the things I learned from him, and in turn my sons will be as well. That is the legacy of a man the likes of Erv Pullen.
It's tough when you lose a cousin. He was a loving caring husband and father. Although we have not seen each other much over our adult years, he and Rita were often in our thoughts. The last few years we just never seemed able to be in Maine at the same time. He was in the same high school class as my wife's brother and through Norm and his sister Ann we were able to hear how life was treating him. The last time I saw him was several years ago and Norm and I put him to work helping us dig up the sewer line at camp. He was a good man and will be missed.
Ann,
I remember being at your house when were in High School. Ervin was a tease but he was a wonderful person. You and the family are in my prayers at this time.

Erv loves eating spicy hot things. He makes very hot hot wings... Well he failed to mention just how hot they were. I ate one and my lips almost burnt off!!! He laughed sooo hard and said what I ate isn't his hottest!!!! So everytime.e he saw me he asked if I was ready to try one of his real hot hot wings!!! Uhh no Thanks Erv... I like having lips!!! Crazy man!!! I will miss our banter, even though we haven't seen one another in quite some time. You will definitely be missed. Rest in peace sweet old man
