Emory E Lowe's Obituary
Emory E. Lowe, age 87, of North Olmsted, passed away Friday, February 5, 2021 at Fairview Hospital.
He was born in Hartwell, WV and raised in Richlands, VA. He had been a resident of North Olmsted for the past 27 years, after moving from Lakewood.
He worked as a supervisor for GM Chevy in Brookpark for 34 years before retiring in 1988.
He was a United States Army Veteran and served during the Korean War.
He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a member of The River formerly North Ridgeville Church of God and was active in the senior group.
Survivors include his wife June, daughter Shirley (Lee) Kolarik of North Ridgeville, grandchildren Kaitlyn and Lee Kolarik, brother Whitt (Wanda) Lowe Jr. of Purcellville, VA, sisters Eula Shinall of Richland, VA and Eunice (Don) Burke of Marshall, TX.
He was preceded in death by his parents Whitt and Madgie Lowe, siblings, Elmer, Pauline, Floyd, Earl, and Donald Lowe.
A public walkthrough visitation will be held Monday, February 8, 2021 from 4pm to 6pm at Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd. North Ridgeville. Funeral Service will be held 11:30am Tuesday in the funeral home. Due to COVID-19, masks and proper social distancing will be required at all times. Rev. Danny Wright and Rev. Justin Reed will co-officiate. Service will be live streamed on the Bogner Family Funeral Home Facebook page. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens in Avon. Full Military Honors will be conducted by VFW Post 9871.
