Elvira Ralich's Obituary
Elvira M.. "Vera" Ralich (nee Abahazi), age 75, of Avon, died Thursday at her home following a short illness.
She was born in Elyria and had been a resident of Avon since 1964 moving from Lorain.
Mrs. Ralich worked at Willoway Nursery for 18 years retiring in 1997.
She was a former member of Magyar United Church of Christ, Elyria.
She was an avid sports fan and enjoyed reading and crossword puzzles.
Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Bogdin of North Ridgeville; daughters Linda Blanchette of North Ridgeville, Bonita Duffin of Sanford, Florida; sons Larry of Elyria, Brian of Nova, Eric of Avon; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sisters Carol Kopp of Lorain, Eleanore Kopp of Elyria, Ida Sofra of Temple City, California, Julie Dudukovich of Avon; brothers Eugene Carter of Oakland, California and Andrew Abahazi of Grafton.
She was preceded in death by her parents Andrew and Elizabeth Abahazi; brother Oscar; sisters Betty and Marge; grandchildren Cody and Maxwell Ralich.
Friends may call Sunday from 1-4PM at David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road North Ridgeville. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 11:30AM in the funeral home. Rev. William Feldt, Pastor of Magyar United Church of Christ will officiate.
Burial will be in Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon.
