Elsie Mae Wilson's Obituary
Elsie Mae Wilson, age 91, of Elyria, passed away on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at the David Simpson Hospice House in Cleveland. She was born on August 31, 1933 in Lake City, Tennessee, and has been a resident of Painesville for the past year, moving from Elyria. She worked on a machine shop assembly line for many years before her retirement. Elsie enjoyed cooking, baking, working on puzzles and crocheting. She loved nature and could often be found tending to her garden.
She is survived by her daughters Beatrice Wunderle of Euclid and Sherry Wilson of Painesville; sister Alice Cantrell; brother Hudson Wagner; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Elsie was preceded in death by her husband Albert Z. Wilson; mother Lula Wagner; sister Mary Phillips. Funeral Service Monday, February 24, at 12:00 p.m. in the Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville, where family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until time of service. Rev. Danny Wright will officiate. Interment will be in River Road Cemetery, Lagrange.
