Elenora Albers' Obituary
Elenora M. Albers (nee Stobe), age 95, of North Ridgeville, died Tuesday at North Ridge Health Center following a long illness.
She was born in East Cleveland and had been a resident of North Ridgeville for the past 85 years.
Mrs. Albers worked as a salesperson at Higbee's, Westgate 15 years and retired in 1970. She enjoyed being active in her church, volunteering for the Senior Center of North Ridgeville, baking, traveling and socializing with her friends.
Survivors include her daughters; Janet Albers, of Georgetown, KY, Barbara Lambert, of Corpus Christi, TX; sons, Robert Albers, of Strongsville, Thomas Albers, of Lacy, WA, Ronald Albers, of Rocklin, CA; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Clarence in 1998; granddaughter, Kimberly Albers; parents, Fred and Josephine (nee Marbach) Stobe; brothers, Walter and Fred Stobe.
Friends may call Friday from 11:00 AM until the time of the service at 12:00 Noon at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville.
Reverend Paul Oberhaus, pastor of the Shepherd of the Ridge Lutheran Church, North Ridgeville, will officiate.
Burial will be in Ridgeville Cemetery.
