Eleanor A. Hertzog's Obituary
Eleanor A. Hertzog (nee Nagy), age 92 of North Ridgeville, passed away peacefully Saturday, January 30, 2021 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born in Cleveland and had been a lifelong resident of North Ridgeville She was a homemaker and former member of Fields Methodist Church. Eleanor enjoyed cooking, bike riding, bowling, Seinfeld, elephants and supporting the Indians and Browns. Most of all raising and supporting not only her children but her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her graciousness continued beyond her own child rearing, as she was considered "grandma" by many. Her everlasting love & support for each individual she came in contact with will forever be remembered.
She is survived by her sons Timothy "Lou", Jeffrey (Linda), James (Belinda), William (Sherrie), Richard (Marcia), Shawn and daughter Sharon. She is also survived by grandchildren Haley, Devan, Jordan, Stephanie, Christina, Tanya, Addie, Noah, Sarah, William III, Joshua, Justin, Katie, Shane, Shelby; great-grandchildren Courtney, Larie, Cheyanna, Donovan, Dwight, Caleb, Jonah, Jadon, Cameron; sister Elizabeth Emmke; and many nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Andrew "Al"; son Edwin Gall; parents Steven and Mary Nagy; brothers Stephen, Larry and William. The family will have a celebration of life at a later date.
