Eldon Blake's Obituary
Eldon R. Blake, age 57, of Avon, passed away Monday, September 24, 2007 at his home following a long illness.
Born in Cambridge, Nebraska he was a resident of Avon for the past 13 years having moved from Denver, Colorado.
He was a supervisor for Continental Airlines, Cleveland having been with the airlines for 34 years.
Mr. Blake enjoyed fishing, deer hunting, and elk hunting in Colorado.
Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Patricia (nee Miller); son, Jeremy (Tricia) Blake of Ogallala, Nebraska; daughter, Kati Blake of Avon; grandchildren, Zane and Emmett Blake of Ogallala; brother, Glenn Blake of Lincoln, Nebraska; sister, Charlene (Marvin) Colson of Bartley, Nebraska.
He was preceded in death by his parents Noel and Fern Blake and brother John Blake.
Burial will take place in Bartley Cemetery in Bartley, Nebraska.
