Elaine Worcester's Obituary
Elaine "Pat" Worcester (nee Hall), 81 of Elyria died Thursday, August 30, 2007 at Wesleyan Village, Elyria following a long and spirited life.
She was born February 27, 1926 in Sydney, Austrailia, and moved to North Ridgeville in 1976. She had been a resident of Elyria since 2002.
Mrs. Worcester worked as an assistant director for the North Ridgeville Senior Center for more than ten years, retiring in 1990. She was a former member of the North Ridgeville Arts Council, and volunteered with the Lorain County Board of Elections. She enjoyed flower gardening.
Surviving are her daughter, Sidney Ann Koepp (Mike) of Wakeman; three sons, John Garvin (Cookie) of Akron, Bryan Garvin (Pat) of Webster, FL and Omar Tatman (Mary) of Newton Falls; eleven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and brother, John Hall of Australia.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Worcester in 2002; son, Michael Garvin; and her parents, Sid and Ann Hall.
A Memorial Service will be held at 12 noon Saturday September 8 at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd., North Ridgeville.
