Elaine M. Biltz's Obituary
Elaine M. Biltz (nee Witbeck), age 73, of Avon, passed away on Saturday, June 30, 2018 at her home surrounded by her family.
She was born in Pittsfield and had been a resident of Avon since 1988, moving from Carlisle Twp.
She retired in 2007 as the head night custodian for North Olmsted High School, where she worked for 30 years.
Elaine enjoyed reading and spending time with her family.
Survivors include her husband of 16 years, Gerald Biltz Sr.; daughters, Annette (Greg) Thompson and Tammy (Donald) McCartney both of Carlisle Twp.; stepsons, Jeffrey (Jill) Biltz of North Ridgeville, Joseph Biltz of Avon, Gerald (Wendy) Biltz Jr. of Sheffield Lake; 6 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren and brother, Robert (Annette) Ely of Garrettsville.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Witbeck; mother, Mildred Ely; brothers, Joe Hall, Clifford Witbeck, Charles Ely and an infant sister, Roberta June Ely.
Friends may call Thursday from 5-8PM at the Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd., North Ridgeville. Services will be held on Friday at 11AM in the funeral home. Elaine’s daughter in-law Jill Biltz will officiate.
Burial will follow in Brookdale Cemetery, Elyria.
