Eileen Ruppelt's Obituary
Eileen C. Ruppelt (nee Morrow), age 85, of North Ridgeville, passed away Tuesday August 9, 2011 at the Lutheran Home in Westlake following a short illness.
She was born in Cleveland, and had resided in North Ridgeville the past 59 years.
She graduated from Holy Name High School and Mount St. Joseph College.
Mrs. Ruppelt was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church, the Isabella's Guild and formerly the Alter and Rosary Society along with the Catholic Nurses Association and Mission Circle.
She taught 27 years, retiring from St. Peter's School in 1990. She had also worked nights in the maternity ward of EMH Regional Medical Center from 1955-1966.
Surviving are her husband of 59 years, Jerry H., daughters, Kathy (John) Schoeb of North Ridgeville, Sue Kraley of Olmsted Falls, Barb (Neal) O'Malley of North Ridgeville; son, Kevin (Denise) Ruppelt of Southbury, Connecticut; 11 grandchildren; brothers, Edward (Irene) Morrow of Rocky River, James (Joan) Morrow of Old Saybrook, Connecticut; and sister, Mary Ann Pitts of Elyria.
She was preceded in death by her parents Vincent T. and Cecelia J. Morrow (nee Fuerst).
The family will receive friends Thursday, August 11, 2011 from 2-4 and 6-9 PM at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd., N. Ridgeville where a prayer service will be held on Friday at 9:30 AM followed by a 10:00 AM mass at St. Peter Catholic Church, N. Ridgeville. Rev. Bob Franco, Pastor, will be the celebrant.
Interment will follow in St. Peter Cemetery.
Masses in care of St. Peter Church 35777 Center Ridge Road North Ridgeville would be great appreciated by the family.
