Edward L Pauley's Obituary
Edward L. Pauley, age 79, of North Ridgeville, passed away Sunday, April 6, 2014 at West Bay Center in Westlake, following a long illness.
He was born in Charleston, West Virginia and had been a resident of North Ridgeville since 1964.
Edward served in the US Air Force and was stationed in England, where he met and married his wife, Rita.
He worked as a steel worker at LTV Steel in Cleveland, retiring 1984. He then went on to own Ed’s Window Washing business.
He attended New Community Baptist Church in North Ridgeville.
He enjoyed camping, bowling, traveling, gardening and spending time with his family.
Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Rita (nee Millburn); sons, Michael (Sandra) of Elyria, Steven (Kathy) of Columbus, Jeffrey (Vicki) of West Salem, Kenneth of North Ridgeville, Richard (Christile) of South Carolina; daughter, Marie Keown of North Ridgeville; 5 brothers; two sisters; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Thelma (nee Williams) Pauley.
Friends may call Wednesday from 5-8PM at Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville. Services will be held on Thursday at 11AM. Rev. Darrell Neipp will officiate.
Burial will be in Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon.
