Edna Casper's Obituary
Edna Casper (nee Baker), age 69, of North Ridgeville, passed away Tuesday at her home following a short illness.
She was born in Elyria and had been a life long resident of North Ridgeville.
Mrs. Casper enjoyed crocheting, sewing, camping, traveling and spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Lawrence; daughter, Debrah Lea Reynolds of Elyria; son, Lawrence J. Jr. of North Ridgeville; 6 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; sisters, Beatrice McElwee of Elyria, and Lila Phillips of North Ridgeville.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Charlene Ellen Casper in 1971; her parents, Albert and Mattie Baker, sisters, Eleanor Standiford, Thelma Soules, Geraldine King, Laverne Coonley, Edith Phillips; brothers, Leslie, Homer, LeRoy, Allen and Leon Baker.
Friends may call Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9PM at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Friday in the funeral home. Reverend Mike Manosky, Pastor of Sugar Ridge Baptist Church will officiate.
Burial will follow in Butternut Ridge Cemetery, Eaton Township.
