Am saddened to learn of the passing of Dorothy. Both she, and her Harry, were highly respected for their values and the many ways in which they made our Lorain County a better place to live and grow. Dorthy & I worked together in NR thru her beloved GS in the 60's. Since 1980, we conferred many times thru our mutual love of local history and genealogy affliations.
She will be missed.

Sorry to hear about your mom. She was a treasure to the community. She was my Girl Scout leader back in the '60's, and an inspiration when I started working on my genealogy.
I last saw Dorothy at the Elyria Library about 5 yrs. ago. We were both doing genealogy research. It was so good to see her again after 35 years.
