Dorothy Harwedel's Obituary
Dorothy Ann Harwedel (nee Deimling), age 94, of North Ridgeville, passed away Monday, September 7, 2009 at Wellington Place, North Olmsted.
She was born in Valley City and had been a resident of North Ridgeville for over 60 years.
She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church, North Ridgeville where she sang in the choir.
She enjoyed crocheting and reading.
Survivors include her daughters, Judy Oscker of North Olmsted, Rita (Bill) Jubak of Las Vegas, Patricia (Mark) Hadaway of North Ridgeville; sons, Jim (Wanda) of Grafton, Thomas of Dallas, Texas, Timothy (Carol) of Grafton; 8 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Francis; parents, Otto and Rose Deimling; brothers, Selin, Raymond and Charles Deimling; sisters, Lucille Schaefer and Pearl Deimling.
Friends may call Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville where a prayer service will be held on Friday at 9:30 AM followed by a 10:00 AM mass at St. Peter Catholic Church, 35777 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville. Rev. Bob Franco, pastor, will be the celebrant.
Burial will be in St. Peter Cemetery, North Ridgeville.
