Dorothy Anderson's Obituary
Dorothy S. Anderson (nee Mearson), age 72, of North Ridgeville, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, March 24, 2011, at her home.
She was born in Armadale, Scotland and had been a resident of the United States since 1964 and North Ridgeville since 1975.
Dorothy was an avid golfer and enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles and traveling, especially to Scotland to visit family.
She was a member of the Daughters of the British Empire.
Survivors include her daughters, Christine Anderson of Lakewood, Jennifer (Rob) Nevins of Elyria; sister, Marjorie (Eric) Burnett of Sanquhar, Scotland; nephews Scott and Russell Burnett, niece, Fiona Foley all of Scotland and her best friend Mary (John) Bichimer of Elyria.
She was preceded in death by her husband Robert in 1994 and parents, James and Mary Mearson.
Friends may call Monday from 5-8 PM at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville.
