Donald E Kidney's Obituary
Donald E. Kidney, age 75, of Columbia Station, passed away on Sunday, July 29, 2018 at the Cleveland Clinic, following a lengthy illness.
He was born in Westlake and had been a resident of Columbia Station for the past 2 months moving from Grafton, where he had lived most of his life. He also lived in Quaker City, Ohio.
Donald worked as a screw machine operator for Moen, retiring in 2002 after 35 years of service.
He was married at Shepherd of the Ridge Lutheran Church in North Ridgeville and enjoyed trains, wood working, mechanics and building things, including his home in Quaker City.
Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Rosa (nee Adams); daughters, Annmarie (Art) Heyse of Middleburg Hts., Kathy (Phil) Oberhaus of Columbia Station; grandchildren, Miles, Erin and Lauren Heyse, Kaylee, Karissa and Parker Oberhaus; sisters, Jayne (Bob) Runnels of Jacksonville, Florida and Joann Mozena of North Eaton.
He was preceded in death by his father, Elmer Kidney and mother, Clara Kovach (nee Dixon).
Private services will be held.
Arrangements were under the care of Bogner Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services, North Ridgeville.
