Dolores (nee Pennington)'s Obituary
Dolores Watson (nee Pennington), age 77, of North Ridgeville, passed away Sunday, October 30, 2011 at Regency West Medical Center in Middleburg Hts.
She was born in Krypton, Kentucky and had been a resident of North Ridgeville since 1962.
Dolores worked in housekeeping at the Residence Inn in Westlake for many years, retiring in 1997.
She was a member of North Ridgeville Baptist Church and past member of the Ladies Auxiliary of North Ridgeville VFW Post 9871.
She enjoyed shopping, giving to local charities, and especially spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Survivors include her children, Daniel (Barbara) Adams of North Ridgeville, Thelma (Harold) Walter of Lodi, Patty (Phil) Pavilack of Elyria, Richard Adams of Elyria, Michael Adams of Elyria, Marsha (John) Bartish of Lorain, Sarah Watson (Greg Hanson) of Minnesota, Dotty Watson of Elyria; twenty-two grandchildren; thirty-two great-grandchildren; sister, Vivian Anthony of Madison.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Clyde Adams; second husband, Brooks Watson; sons, Arlie Adams, Brooks Watson Jr.; brothers, Elmo, Vernon, Russell and Lionel Pennington; parents, Saul and Sally Pennington.
Friends may call Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville. Services will be held on Friday at 11 AM in the funeral home.
Rev. Gerald Flury will officiate.
Burial will be in Fields Cemetery, North Ridgeville.
