Dollie Morris' Obituary
Dollie J. Morris, age 78, passed away suddenly at E.M.H. Elyria Medical Center on Sunday, September 2, 2012.
She was born on November 1, 1933 in Cleveland and has lived in North Ridgeville for the past 53 years, moving from Elyria.
Dollie worked as Problem Resolution Manager at the Cleveland I.R.S. Office before retiring in 1994.
She was a member of Fields United Methodist Church in North Ridgeville, the United Polish Club of Elyria, the Golden Moose Club of Lodge 778, Elyria and the Ladies Auxiliary of V.F.W. Post 9871, North Ridgeville.
Dollie traveled extensively with her family throughout the years, and more recently enjoyed touring bus trips.
She is survived by her daughters Marilyn (Bob) Waltz and Deborah Ruggles, both of Elyria; son Lawrence Morris of North Ridgeville; grandchildren Steven Ruggles and Jill (Brandon) White, all of Elyria; great grandchildren Hailey and Miley White of Elyria; sister Alice Kaminski of Garfield Hts.; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Gerald; parents Joseph and Virginia (nee Lark) Lotz; sister Ruth Metzger; brothers Art, Roy and Ray Lotz.
A Memorial Service will take place in the Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd., North Ridgeville, on Tuesday, September 11 at 4:00 p.m. where family will receive friends from 3:00 p.m. until time of service. Inurnment will be private.
