Diane Truitt's Obituary
Diane C. Truitt, (nee Montgomery), age 67, of Elyria, passed away Friday, August 2, 2013 at her home.
She was born in Detroit, Michigan and had been a resident of Elyria since 1994, moving from North Ridgeville.
Diane worked as a student monitor for North Ridgeville City Schools for 18 years, retiring in 1994.
She was a member of Fields United Methodist Church in North Ridgeville and enjoyed bowling, playing BINGO and visiting with her family and friends.
Survivors include her daughter Jennifer (Chris) Butcher of North Ridgeville; grandchildren, Andrea, Carissa and Rebecca Delewski, Jordan and Katelyn Butcher; brother, Robert (Deby) Montgomery of St. Clair Shores, Michigan.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Truitt in 2010; father, Douglas Montgomery; mother, Ruth Throp in 2012.
Friends may call Monday from 2-4 and 6-8PM at Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd., North Ridgeville. Services will be held on Tuesday at
1 PM in the funeral home. Rev. Dr. Tom Joyce will officiate.
Burial will be in Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon.
