Diane M. Lightner's Obituary
Diane M. Lightner (nee Massey), age 70, of North Ridgeville, passed away on Tuesday, December 24, 2019 at Diplomat Healthcare in North Royalton after a lengthy illness.
She was born on October 16, 1949 in Berea and has been a resident of North Ridgeville for the past 31 years, moving from the West Park Neighborhood of Cleveland. She worked as a bookkeeper for the Allen Pump Corporation in Westlake.
Diane was an avid bowler and was on many leagues at Brunswick Lanes. She also enjoyed crocheting and camping with her family.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years, William F. Lightner Jr.; sons William F. IV (Tammy) of Findlay and Robert M. (Nicole) of NC; daughter Elizabeth A. Lightner of Parma; grandchildren Kenny and Kinley Lightner; brother David (Tina) Massey of Brunswick; sister Kathy Hitchcock of Willoughby; many nieces and nephews.
Diane was preceded in death by her parents Marple M. Massey and Eleanor (nee DeNardis) Heil; brother Bruce Massey.
Family will receive friends in the Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd., N. Ridgeville, on Sunday from 2-5 p.m. Funeral Services Monday at 10:00 a.m. in the Funeral Home. Deacon Kenneth J. Hill will officiate.
Interment will be in Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon.
