Denny Garton's Obituary
Denny L. "Animal" Garton, age 52, of Elyria, died Saturday at EMH Regional Medical Center, following a long illness.
He was born in Weston, WV and had lived in Elyria for the past fifty years..
He worked as a laborer for various construction companies.
Mr. Garton enjoyed music; especially the Rolling Stones.
Survivors include his daughters, Colleen Garton, of Medina and step-daughter Virginia Tipton, of Elyria; son, Josh Garton, of Elyria and step-son, Andrew Tipton; two grandchildren, Cheyenne and Luke; brothers, Emmett Garton, of Sheffield Lake and David Garton, of Elyria; sister, Rebecca Fulton, of Wilmington, OH.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Denzil (1998) and Betty (2002)(nee Wright) Garton.
The family will receive friends on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville; where services will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 AM. Reverend Denver Daniel, Pastor of the Christian Unity Church, North Eaton, will officiate.
Burial will be in Brookdale Cemetery, Elyria.
