Denny, you were always happy in high school and later at Ohio State. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family and friends as they grieve for you.
Bonnie, You have always been like the daughter I never had, I am so very sorry for your loss. I will always remember our school trip to Niagra Falls when we were chaperones, and how hard Denny made me laugh. And the friday night football games when we were cheering you and Johnny on in marching band. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this very difficult time!
Denny was an amazing guy. He was able to make any situation lighter with his incredible good humor and good sense. As he always told me, he was a people person, and I can tell you he was a true family man. He was very proud of his daughters and wife and everyone always knew what they were up to, since he always had recent pictures of them on his computer and always had stories about their successes.
I cannot express well enough how Denny was a rare human being, grounded and lovable in ways that many people wish for. It was a pleasure working with him, and although others will fill his position, no one will ever hold the same place in the hearts of those who knew him.
Denny, your friendship and advise meant so much to me. You will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to your family.
