Denise N. Semmens' Obituary
Denise N. Semmens (nee Duke), age 41, of North Ridgeville, passed away on Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at the Cleveland Clinic in Avon.
She was born in Cleveland and had been a lifelong resident of North Ridgeville.
She was a graduate of St. Joseph Academy and Ashland University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing and was currently working as a Registered Nurse.
Denise was a devoted Catholic and a member of St. Peter Church in North Ridgeville where she enjoyed being involved with the PTU at St. Peter School. She loved being a mother, taking care of her family and was active in all her kid’s activities. She was a giving person and was always helping others.
Survivors include her husband of 17 years, Timothy Jr., daughters, Ella, Ava and Olivia, parents, Richard and Beverly Duke of North Ridgeville, brother, Brian (Tiffany) Duke of Lorain, nieces, Madelyn and Lindsay, several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Leonard and Sophie Duke, Henry and Mary Krnac.
Friends may call Sunday from 2-5PM at the Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville where a prayer service will be held on Monday at 9:30AM. A 10AM Mass will follow at St. Peter Church, 35777 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville.
Burial will be at St. Peter’s Cemetery.
Donations may be made to her family for the care of her children.
