Della Welch's Obituary
Della M. Welch, (nee Clark), age 77, passed away on December 4, 2019 at her home after a lengthy illness. She was born on December 24, 1941 and has been a lifelong resident of North Ridgeville. She enjoyed cooking and baking for her family, crocheting, bingo, and playing the organ. The summer months would find Della tending to her garden.
She is survived by her daughters Anna (William) Sankey of N. Ridgeville, Robin (Tim) Jones of N. Ridgeville, Christine (Terry) Tubbs of Lorain, Bobbi (Rob) Jakubiak of Lorain and Della (Mark) Smith of N. Ridgeville; sons John (Tammy) Welch of Eaton Township and Tim (Marilyn) Welch of Grafton. Della was a devoted grandmother and great grandmother to many.
Della was preceded in death by her husband Robert T. “Box Car Bobby” Welch and her parents Raymond and Annabelle (nee Miller) Clark.
Memorial Service Saturday at 4:00 p.m. in the Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd., N. Ridgeville, where family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until time of service. Rev. Alan Jenkins will officiate. Private inurnment will be in St. Peter Cemetery, N. Ridgeville.
