Delbert Page's Obituary
Delbert Page, age 75, of Lagrange, died Saturday at Elyria Memorial Hospital, following a long illness.
He was born in Putney, WV and had been a resident of Lagrange the past 25 years, moving from Cleveland.
Mr.Page served in the United States Army during WW ll.
He worked as a press operator at the GM plant (prep metal dept.) in Parma for 30 years and retired in 1988.
He enjoyed playing cards, working puzzles, electronic games and crafts. Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Agnes (nee Halko) Page; son Kenneth Halko, of Lagrange; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; brothers, Oathur, of Cleveland, Clarence, of Madison, Troy and Thomas, both of West Virginia; sisters Thelma Meyers and Delphi Morris, both of West Virginia and Phylis Arthur, of Maryland; and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, George and Louisa ( nee Moore) Page; brothers, Delford, Roscoe, Roy and Russell; sisters, Donnie Barnett and Janice Page.
Friends may call Wednesday from 5-8 PM at David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville; where services will be held on Thursday at 11:00AM. Rev. Bill Shomo will officiate.
Burial will be in Resthaven Memory Gardens.
