Debra Ann Arnett's Obituary
Debra Ann Arnett (nee Smith), age 65, of Elyria passed away peacefully Thursday October 23, 2025 at Ames Family Hospice House, Westlake following a long illness.
Born in Lorain, she resided in Lorain until moving to Elyria in 2019.
She enjoyed spending time with her husband, doing puzzles, playing the lottery and was an avid Browns and Guardians Fan.
Survivors include her husband of 43 years, Earl “Wayne”, siblings Kathy (Dan) Spence of Sheffield Lake, Mildred aka “Mother Hen”, (Eric) Hohman of North Ridgeville, David (Krista) Smith of Lorain and Jason (Debbie) Smith of Lorain and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Betty Smith, brother Gary Smith and nephew Chris Smith.
A Celebration of Debbie’s life will be held on her birthday November 20 with details to be announced by the family.
