To the Siler Family. My deepest condolences. I worked with Dave for quite some time at the CLE office. He was a great man. He was very attentive to the work he did. Was always quick with a joke. Was glad to meet his son Dave when he started on the task force. Due to work, I will not be able to attend the service but will keep you all and David in my thoughts and prayers
