Darlene F. Kundrik's Obituary
Darlene F. Kundrik (nee Valatorni), age 74, of North Ridgeville, passed away Sunday July 25, 2021, at University Hospital, Cleveland following a short illness.
She was a lifelong resident of North Olmsted until moving to North Ridgeville in 2012.
Mrs. Kundrik was a very faithful person and member of St. Peter Church, North Ridgeville. She enjoyed bowling followed by lunch with the Ladies, watching NCIS, traveling and playing the slots with her husband Al. She was an early adapter to Doordash and was a connoisseur of baked goods. She was a lover of the details, funny and compassionate person devoted to her family.
Survivors include her sons, Albert P. (Valerie) Kundrik of Austin, TX, Tom (Jennifer) Kundrik of North Olmsted, daughter, Donna (Rick) Stano of North Ridgeville, grandchildren, Andrew, Alex, Maegen, Sabrina and Amelia and many beloved extended family members.
She was preceded in death by her husband Albert S. parents, William, and Frances (nee Schueszler) Valatorni and her brother William “Billy” Vale.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 4-8 PM at Bogner Family Funeral Home 36625 Center Ridge Road North Ridgeville. A prayer service will be held 9:30 AM Thursday in the funeral home, followed by 10 AM mass at St. Peter Church, North Ridgeville. Rev. Robert Franco, Pastor will be the celebrant. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Westlake.
