Constance Juchem's Obituary
Constance Juchem (nee Bokenyi), age 74, of Avon Lake, passed away on Monday, December 3, 2018 at Cleveland Clinic Avon. She was born in Dayton and has been a resident of Westlake, moving from Cleveland’s west side. She was a secretary for British Petroleum before retiring in 1992. She was a Right to Life member, Marriage Encounter participant and a huge Indians and Buckeye fan. Constance was an active church member who enjoyed crocheting, cooking, listening to music, traveling and was a St. Pat’s Drama Club member. She is survived her husband of 54 years Kenneth; daughters Michelle (Dennis) Bayot of CA, Maureen (Ron) Spring of Westlake, Melinda (Robert) Reed of Avon, Martina Juchem of Cleveland; sisters Patrice Boswell Smith of NV, Martha Durigg of Berea, Barbara Bokenyi of OR; grandchildren Austin, Jack, Savannah, Carolina, Nicholas, and Alex. Constance was preceded in death by her parents Julius and Louise Bokenyi; brother William Bokenyi; sister Therese Bokenyi. The family will receive friends Saturday, December 8, 2018 from 2-5 PM at Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd, North Ridgeville. Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at 10 AM at St Bernadette Church, 2256 Clague Rd, Westlake. Rev Philip Racco will officiate. Please meet at church. Burial will follow at St Peter Cemetery, North Ridgeville. Contributions may be made to St. Stephen’s Catholic Church, 1930 W 54th St. Cleveland, OH 44102.
