Connie M. James' Obituary
Connie M. James (nee Klena) age 67, of North Ridgeville, passed away suddenly on Thursday, September 30, 2021.
She was born on November 8, 1953, in Elyria and has been a resident of North Ridgeville for over 50 years. She worked as a seafood manager at various area Giant Eagle stores, retiring in 2020 after 32 years of service.
The summer months would find Connie tending to her garden and flowers. She also enjoyed crafts and going to the racetrack with family and friends.
She is survived by her sons Ralph (Chris) James of Elyria and AJ (Heather) James of North Ridgeville; stepdaughter Carmen (Beau Sterling) Spitzmesser of Henderson, NV; grandchildren Garrett, Cayla, Aiden, Jazlyn, and Tyler; mother Velda L. Klena of Elyria; sister Karen Stamcoff of Elyria.
Connie was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur; father, Frank Klena; brother, Frank Klena Jr.
Family will receive friends Wednesday 2-4 and from 6PM until the time of service at 8PM at the Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd., N. Ridgeville. Rev. Charles Ryba will officiate. Services will be livestreamed on the Bogner Family Funeral Home Facebook page.
