Cletus L. Linden's Obituary
Cletus L. Linden Jr age 77, of Grafton, passed away at his home on Thursday, February 9, 2023. Clete, as he was affectionately called by friends, spent his childhood in North Ridgeville with his mother, father, and 9 siblings. He was a championship wrestler in high school and loved baseball. After high school he was drafted by the Army where he was stationed in Germany before coming back and working construction and eventually starting his own contracting company C-Ridge Construction.
He was a member of St. Peter Church in North Ridgeville, a member of the Columbia Station Fraternity of Eagles 4003, and loved to hunt, fish, and watch the Indians and Browns.
He is survived by his son Chris (Ida) Linden of Alameda, CA, grandson Harrison, granddaughter Angela, brothers Daniel (Annette) of Carlisle Township, Donald of North Ridgeville, sisters Kathleen (John) Sullinger of Avon, Margaret (Dennis) Reynolds of North Ridgeville, Joan (Lawrence) Krystowksi of Avon, Deborah Linden of North Ridgeville, and Marian (Charles) Gilles of Huntington Township.
He was preceded by his parents Martha and Cletus Linden Sr, daughter Jamie and brothers Norman and Ralph.
Friends may call on Sunday February 19th from 1pm until the time of service at 2pm at Bogner Family Funeral Home. 36625 Center Ridge Rd. North Ridgeville, OH 44039
Father John Seabold will officiate.
