Christine M. “Chris” Kopcho (nee Heiman), age 52, of Elyria, passed away on Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at UH Medical Center in Elyria.
She was born in Cleveland and had been a resident of Elyria for the past 2 years. She previously lived in Bedford, Kentucky.
Chris enjoyed puzzles, her dogs and reading.
She is survived by her loving husband, John; step-children, Drew Kopcho of Kentucky, Jessica Martin of Lorain; brothers, Edward Heiman of Cleveland, John ( Gail) Heiman of Westlake, William (Penny) Heiman of Parma; sisters, Terrie (Mike) Gigante of Strongsville, Alexa (Ken) Davis of Strongsville, Mary (Roy) Bruder of Parma Heights, Barbara (Vincent) Mowrer of Independence, Margaret (Bill) Csak of Brooklyn Hts.; brother-in-law, Dennis Feola of Parma and several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bernard and Helen (nee Kirchensteiner) Heiman; sisters, Cathy Feola and Karen Heiman.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, January 30, 2016 at 10:30AM at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 16271 Pearl Rd., Strongsville.
