Cheryl A. Barczyk's Obituary
Cheryl A Barczyk (nee Reale) age 73 of North Ridgeville, passed away at her home Friday
August 9, 2024. She was born and raised in Maple Heights, and had resided in North Ridgeville the past 21 years after moving from Grafton. Cheryl worked as an RN, IV Specialist for Southwest General where she helped develop the infusion program. She also worked for Parma Hospital and Heartland Homes. After retirement, her hobbies included spending time with family, playing pinochle, painting, reading, watching movies and baseball, traveling but most of all her practicing her faith. She was an active member of St. Peter Catholic church in North Ridgeville, teaching PSR. During the Lenten season she made palm crosses for the Parish.
Surviving are her sons Dann (Jasmine) of Elyria and Jeff Barczyk of N. Ridgeville, daughter, Laura (Brian) DiLoreti of Green, grandchildren; Andrew, Julia (Blaze), Joseph, Gianna, Jillian, great-grandchildren; Emberlee, Ashton, Raelyn, sisters Karen (Jonathan) Sokol, Gayle (Robert) Myak, nieces and nephews-Jonathan, Andrea (Sam), Adam (Kathryn), Robert, Rachael, Gregory and Jessica.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, parents Salvatore and Dorothy Reale, and her grandson, Joshua.
The family will receive friends Tuesday August 13, 2024 from 9:30 AM until closing prayers at 10:30 AM at Bogner Family Funeral Home 36625 Center Ridge Road, N. Ridgeville. 11 AM Mass will follow at St. Peter Catholic Church 35777 Center Ridge Rd. Reverend Father Bob Franco will be the celebrant. Burial be in St. Peter Cemetery.
