Charles "Chuck" William Bontrager Jr.'s Obituary
Charles William “Chuck” Bontrager Jr. age 77, of North Ridgeville, passed away Sunday April 19, 2020 at Mary Mount Hospital.
He was born in Elkhart, Indiana and had resided in North Ridgeville for over 25 years.
Charles worked as a Service Trainer for MTD-Cub Cadet Division, retiring in 2009. He was an army veteran serving in Germany from 1962-1965.
He enjoyed woodworking, travel and looked forward to weekly Euchre games with his family.
He was a member of Providence Church, Avon.
Charles is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Penney (nee Zellers), daughter, Nicole (Jon)
Samala of New Albany, OH; son, Matthew (Sandi Anderson) Bontrager of North Ridgeville ; brother, James (Ruth) Bontrager of Grass Lake, MI and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father Charles William Bontrager, Sr., mother, Carol (nee Miller) Bontrager.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 5, 2020 at 1PM at Providence Church, 35295 Detroit Rd., Avon.
