Cecil and Opel are the best neighbors. We have lived next to them for 41 years. Cecil tilled my first garden shortly after we moved in. I really only started talking to him regularly 10 years ago or so. Whe talked about gardens, nutrition, and his early life in West Virginia. He was always reading and a great source of knowledge. His mind was sharp as a tac right up to his death. I will miss the talks we had.
